The Golf Classic is the UK construction industry's national golf competition. The event, now in its 28th year, is sponsored by leading manufacturers and supported by the UK construction media. Mainspring manages the event from February through to October, including the final with gala dinner and overnight stay. The nationwide competition progresses through six rounds; with the prevailing teams and event sponsors attending the final, which is held each year at a prestigious golfing venue. Previous finals have been played at Celtic Manor, The Belfry and Gleneagles. Mainspring is adept at bringing together disciplines, such as event management, PR and advertising to ensure that the Golf Classic continues to grow in status and popularity. We are very pleased to be able to use the tournament to raise funds for the Seve Ballesteros Foundation and Cancer Research UK.
