It is easier to retain existing clients than win new ones. Retention can be enhanced from the implementation of carefully planned incentive programmes and reward schemes. Incentives are used to retain business, but more often than not, to increase the level of purchases.

The reward varies dependent upon the volume and value of business and the degree of knowledge regarding their potential. Past and present programmes include ‘points for prizes’, sporting events, and expenses paid travel promotions to local and far-flung, exotic destinations. Mainspring co-ordinate the total programme from researching its viability to managing the ultimate event, or distribution of rewards.
In the case of travel incentives all of the promotions we manage are self-funding.
